In addition to having two afternoon tracks on Saturday, attendees of this year's conference also will have the opportunity to choose one of three optional Friday evening sessions. The conference registration fee is $45 if received or postmarked by 1 October; $55 after that date. The registration includes access to all Saturday sessions, printed syllabus, and the luncheon. There is an extra fee for the Friday evening sessions: the intensive hands-on Cyrillic Workshop is $20, the lecture on autosomal DNA tests is $15, and a half-hour one-on-one translation appointment is $10 (in addition to the Saturday conference fee of $55).
The Cyrillic Workshop and One-on-one translation appointments are strictly limited in the number of participants. Attendees will be assigned first-come, first-served in order of registration date, so register early if you want to guarantee yourself a seat.

Registration can be done online through a secure registration form, and the registration fee(s) can be paid via PayPal. You will receive a confirmation of your payment from PayPal, in addition to a confirmation and receipt from the Ukrainian Historical and Educational Center. Alternatively, you can complete the online registration form and mail a check to the address provided on the registration check-out page. The registration fee includes a light breakfast and a buffet ethnic lunch on Saturday. Confirmations: Participants will receive confirmation of registration within one day of processing. All confirmations will be sent via email, regardless of registration method utilized.
Cancellation: Refunds, less a $20 service fee, will be made if written request is received by 21 October 2016. Electronic requests should be sent to info@UkrHEC.org. No refunds will be available after that date.
Changes: Every effort will be made to accommodate changes required after initial registration is processed, including the addition or change of Friday evening workshop subject to space availability. All change requests should be email to info@UkrHEC.org.
On-Site Registration: We will accept walk-in registrations for the Saturday sessions; however, the printed syllabus availability may be limited.
