Gerdan - Traditional Beaded Necklace Workshop IN PERSON

Learn to bead your very own traditional gerdan in this two class series.

Learn to bead your very own traditional gerdan in this new two class series offered on October 31 and Nov 7, 2020. THIS WILL BE AN IN PERSON EVENT.

Gerdany are Ukrainian folk beaded necklaces made of seed beads in a woven or "net" like pattern. Traditionally worn with folk costumes, but make great statement pieces on their own today.

All beading materials will be supplied to complete the traditional gerdan pictured.

Adults and teens are welcome to participate and learn this traditional art form.  

Workshop taught by Stephanie Milinichik Milan.

You will be registering for both sessions, October 31 and November 7, 2020.

Seating is limited to 10 participants, so register early!

COVID-19 Precautions: All participants must wear face coverings and adhere to social distancing protocals. Your temparature will be taken upon arrival, adn you must provide contact information. You will be seated at least 6 feet away from all other participants. All surfaces and working equipment will be cleaned and disinfected prior, during and after your visit. Hand sanitizers will be provided throughout. A UV wand will also be available for distinfecting your work materials.
