Biographical / Historical

The "Fund to Aid Ukraine, Inc." was established as a non-profit in 1990 in the Cleveland, Ohio area. For most of its latter history it was operated by Dr. Jerry Mihaychyk, Iryna Mahlay, and Dr. Sharon Duke. It was responsible for the shipment of medical and dental equipment, clothing and other humanitarian supplies to municipalities, schools, orphanages, and other institutions in Ukraine. It effectively ceased operation by 2010.

Scope and Contents

The collection contains incorporation and tax exempt documents, shipment inventories and shipping information, and correspondence related to the activities of the Fund to Aid Ukraine.

Фонд складається з документів про бізнесову реєстрацію та звільнення від оподаткування, список змісту пересилок та інформатцію про їх доставку, та листування пов'язанане з діяльністю Фонду Допомоги Україні.
