Travel to Ukraine with the UHEC as we learn about Ukrainian art, traditions, history, and geography. During the Passport Through Ukraine Summer Camp, participants will have a daily opportunity to make crafts inspired by the people and traditions of Ukraine. Daily educational and art-based lessons have been curated by the UHEC Education Department and tailored for students grades K through 6.

In Person Summer Day Camp

Cost: $200 

Includes daily lessons, hands-on Ukrainian craft workshop, singing, dancing and daily journal/passport writing

Extended camp hours for 2026! This year's summer camp will take place at the Pokrova Sisterhood Hall and will run from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. 

Advanced registration is required

  • In-person capacity is limited on a first come first served basis
  • Parents must register each participating child separately
  • Discounted rate for additional siblings
  • Waiver and required paperwork to follow, and must be submitted prior to the start of camp 

Note: Children will be asked to bring a personal water bottle, a packed lunch, and an allergen-free snack (i.e. nut free/school safe) to eat during the designated lunch time and snack time (provided in a labeled lunchbox or bag)
