During the Lenten season preceding Pascha (Easter), Ukrainians traditionally write pysanky—decorated eggs created with ancient symbols and motifs. Rooted in deep antiquity, these patterns were once believed to imbue the egg with protective and life-giving powers, and later took on rich Christian meanings. Join us at the Center to carry on this beautiful, age-old tradition as we prepare to welcome spring.

This workshop is open to adults and children ages 12 and older.

Cost: $25 (All supplies included; additional supplies for home available to purchase)

Seating is limited to 16 participants per session, so register early!
