This exhibition will open on 03/09/2026

Location and hours:

Drawn primarily from the permanent collection of the Ukrainian History and Education Center’s Patriarch Mstyslav Museum, this exhibition features a sampling of the astounding variety of styles and subjects in prints and graphic design by artists in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Diaspora during the 20th century.

Works on display range from limited-edition prints to book designs and commercial art that would have been published in print runs of thousands. They include woodcuts and linocuts, as well as more unusual forms like collagraphs and woodblock printing on cloth. Stylistically, the works on display include realism, modernism, as well as experimental, abstract, and non-representational works.

Together, they provide a glimpse into the wide-ranging visions of 20th century artists of Ukrainian heritage.
