The Ukrainian History and Education Center (UHEC) is pleased to announce its participation in two beloved regional holiday traditions: the American Hungarian Foundation’s annual Festival of Trees in New Brunswick, NJ, and the Somerset County Festival of Trees at the Environmental Education Center at Lord Stirling Park in Basking Ridge, NJ.
At the Museum of the American Hungarian Foundation, the UHEC presents its enchanting Ukrainian Spider Tree, inspired by the Ukrainian folk legend of the Christmas spider who brings good fortune and beauty to the holiday season.

At the Environmental Education Center at Lord Stirling Park, UHEC’s Ukrainian Embroidery Tree greets visitors with vibrant patterns inspired by traditional needlework from across Ukraine, celebrating the artistry and symbolism woven into centuries of cultural heritage.
